Advice Bureau Plus

Not-for-profit service

The Citizens Advice Bureau needed some direction when they were developing a new not-for-profit service. It was being launched to advise business and organisations – to fill a gap that Business Link had left when government cuts were made.

Initially the new service would focus on HR Issues and Debt Management Advice but it was envisaged that a wider range of services would be available in the future.

The agency was briefed to create a name and an overall brand look and feel.

Consideration was given to the CAB brand and how the new company could be linked, but differentiated (especially as the CAB services are free of charger but the new services would be chargeable on a not-for-profit basis).

We created Advice Bureau Plus as the name / brand and developed the logo and a suite of support materials.
